Description |
An informal in conversation event with the artists participating in The Adam Reynolds Memorial Bursary Shortlist Exhibition. Artists include Leah Clements, Laura Lulika, Amy Rosa, Romily Alice Walden and the recipient of the 2019 bursary, Sophie Hoyle.
About The Adam Reynolds Memorial Bursary: The bursary was set up in 2008 in memory of the life and work of sculptor Adam Reynolds (1959–2005). Designed to support mid-career disabled artists looking to develop their practice and build their profile, the ARMB programme offers substantial funds and an accompanying three-month residency at a high-profile arts venue. This spring, in collaboration with Shape Arts, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art hosted bursary artist Sophie Hoyle in BALTIC’s Artist’s Studio. |
