Her book The Visible Spectrum emphasizes the visuality of her recent paintings, their visual and material influences and inspirations, as well as a preoccupation with color. The idea of a spectrum or continuum is also a philosophical counterpoint to polarities. The source imagery in the book is wide ranging and their connections are unexpected. |
