This little book describes the nascence of the artist formerly unknown as Pete Kennedy from his rebirth as YODi on quitting school in 1969 (fifty yearns ago now!) through the bearly days as he struggled to find his own feet although he did find lots of other strange feet following him around. As he abandonbed 'life-studies' (and all that crap) he delved into his subconscious to find a strange brew peopled with Hieronymous Bosch-style ugly monsters. From this Surreal Circus came his first character, Appleheadman (later called Apulhed).
