The revamp of the banks of the Tyne is to receive another boost.
A new multi-million pound landmark scheme adjacent to the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art and comprision a 150-bed hotel and two state-of-the-art office buildings on a site at South Shore Road are planned.
Jesmond-based City & Northern will carry out the development on land bought from The Storage Company following that company's recent expansion move to a larger site. |
