Sophie Howarth is Director of the School of Life and was previously Curator of Public Programmes at Tate Modern, London. She is the author of Singular Images: Essays on Remarkable Photographs. Stephen McLaren is a photographer and curator who leads street photography workshops and seminars in London. Howarth and McLaren jointly curated ‘Onto the Streets’, a British Council exhibition of work by contemporary London street photographers that toured Europe in 2006 and 2007. |
